The Q-codes are amazing. You can go and cause transformation in a whole range of issues, or completely take yourself onto a whole new level in 20-30 minutes. Whereas before the q-codes I used to spend that much time a day to just get a release of tension in one issue, now I habitually spend the same amount of time causing a landslide.
Results: my breathing keeps improving. I have absolutely no stomach related problems, including acid reflux. That is a miracle. My hip and neck pain is about 20% of what it was before. But more important than the physical improvement: because I have more love and compassion etc. I am treating customers and potential customers better, and my income is improving tremendously. I am also seeing that I am not stopped by fear, I am having conversations that are risky, I ask for what I want, etc. Quite a new me is emerging. I enjoy now being me. Amazing.
