I wrote the last post a few days ago…

Today, at my chiropractor, he detected 9 trigger points. They were not there when I wrote the post… puzzling? yes and no.

When I looked at what could have happened, I saw 2 things:

1. This week I suddenly started to drink tea with milk again. I had laid them off a while ago, but I forgot why. Obviously either the tea, the milk, or both are guilty in bringing back the trigger points.

I am done with tea and milk… the question is, what is going to remind me why I stopped to enjoy two of my favorite beverages.

How I “Cured” My Fibromyalgia

Back in 1991, a difficult period in my life, I moved to an office, and given that I am a workaholic, I used one of the offices to set up camp… I actually lived in my office.

It was a one-story building, and I rented the front part for my business. The back was paint storage for the printing company that was next door.

The building was not rented for a year prior to me renting it, and it smelled musky. About a month after I moved there I started to feel funny. It got progressively worse, and by the middle of 1993 I wasn’t able to move freely, neither had the strength nor could bear the pain it went with movement.

I hired a personal trainer because even to get to the bathroom was a challenge.
