“If you don’t see it or employ it for 2 years (maximum), statistically speaking, you will never employ it, so get rid of it!” Why allow your house to be cluttered up when lifetime is dense enough? Simplify and constitute some cash also. Did you know that 80% of what we own we never employ? We employ the same 20% of things every day since we are creatures of habit.
