Caretaking case study — Healing and Reflections

I haven’t written for a while… partially, because I don’t know where the fuzzy line of legality lies, so I am going to use the rule of thumb I learned in my 20 years of being a Landmark Education graduate: you can share your own experience to your heart’s desire.

So I am sharing my own experience of Pam Ragland’s work, “Quantum Thought Shifting” which is an 8-month program, and I am in the middle of it…

There is a distinction that I never heard before Pam’s program, called “caretaking.”

Stressed Grapes Make The Best Wine…

Truths of James Ray:

The world that we see is made up of light and energy.

We need to plug into this source of energy call it God or as he (James Ray) states, the zero point. (In Kabbalah we call it The Light)

We thrive at the place between chaos and order. Example stressed grapes make the best wine. We must be able to handle the edge.

Wealth comes from the same word Well Being comes from, money is just a small part of wealth.

His coined concept is Harmonic Wealth: It has five parts:

Financial
Relationships
Intellectual mental/ Emotional
Physical
Spiritual

Inside/outside perspectives

If a worm is in an apple, its view of the world is that it’s white and moist. But when it works its way out, what does it see? There is a whole world out there with a different landscape.

This is how we live.

We’re stuck inside our own minds yet we think we see the whole picture. We don’t. We need others’ views to help us see the truth.

Does your world look limited or hopeless? Find someone who loves you and talk to them. Really talk to them. If you need to, you can talk to me… just email to make sure I have time.

ANT=automatic negative thoughts

I heard a brilliant story a few years ago.

There was this milk delivery truck driver. He started his shift as 6 am. He always had a partner who did most of the heavy lifting.

There was a dangerous junction on his route, entering a busy bridge on the left hand side. The visibility was nil… He could not watch the road and drive at the same time.

His partner would hang out his window to see the traffic and when it was clear, he would yell “Clear” and he would drive.

One morning his partner called in sick.

I had an amazing insight!

I have a challenge: I need to/want to move my business in a different direction. I want to start something new, in the area of Internet Marketing, but I am having technical difficulties.

I have been procrastinating. Familiar? Me too.

I called a Success Codes coach, Teri Rose, http://www.peaceofsuccess.com to get some personal attention. In the 49th minute of hour hour-long coaching session she shared how she went about getting the perfect webmaster for herself, after having worked with webmasters that had no patience for her.

Here is the insight: I have always thought that I have to try to change so that people can work with me. What I have learned from Teri: I can ask the Light/Universe to get me together with someone who wants to work with me where I am, how I am, and as long as I am clear what exactly I want from a webmaster/personal assistant/etc. I can get that.

This is an enormous breakthrough for me! I am so excited! Maybe I won’t have to try to do everything myself from now on. The operative word is “trying”, because it is impossible to get done everything I need to get done, by myself… so that is why I have been so busy, and haven’t advanced as I should have.

I am doing the success codes with the q-codes now on getting clear, on believing that I can, and on having peace of mind and peace of heart. I believe that I will have that by Monday.

What a miracle! Thank you Teri, Than you, Light. I am grateful.

The Q-Codes — transformation at the speed of light

Next weekend I will be in Nashville, TN. Traveling again? Is it worth it?
I really think so. I am going to the Q-Codes seminar, where, among others, I’ll learn how to make the healing codes 100-150 times more effective… imagine that!

I have been using The Healing Codes and also The Success Codes to cause health and success for myself and for my coaching clients. I have never known any method that is as fast as these to cause a shift in consciousness. Read more »

More on MY Fibromyalgia

I wrote the last post a few days ago…

Today, at my chiropractor, he detected 9 trigger points. They were not there when I wrote the post… puzzling? yes and no.

When I looked at what could have happened, I saw 2 things:

1. This week I suddenly started to drink tea with milk again. I had laid them off a while ago, but I forgot why. Obviously either the tea, the milk, or both are guilty in bringing back the trigger points.

I am done with tea and milk… the question is, what is going to remind me why I stopped to enjoy two of my favorite beverages.

How I “Cured” My Fibromyalgia

Back in 1991, a difficult period in my life, I moved to an office, and given that I am a workaholic, I used one of the offices to set up camp… I actually lived in my office.

It was a one-story building, and I rented the front part for my business. The back was paint storage for the printing company that was next door.

The building was not rented for a year prior to me renting it, and it smelled musky. About a month after I moved there I started to feel funny. It got progressively worse, and by the middle of 1993 I wasn’t able to move freely, neither had the strength nor could bear the pain it went with movement.

I hired a personal trainer because even to get to the bathroom was a challenge.
