I haven’t written for a while… partially, because I don’t know where the fuzzy line of legality lies, so I am going to use the rule of thumb I learned in my 20 years of being a Landmark Education graduate: you can share your own experience to your heart’s desire.

So I am sharing my own experience of Pam Ragland’s work, “Quantum Thought Shifting” which is an 8-month program, and I am in the middle of it…

There is a distinction that I never heard before Pam’s program, called “caretaking.”

It is a crafty little distinction, because on the surface it seems that it teaches you to be selfish, but that is really just the very surface.

You are caretaking if there is no winner. Neither you win, nor the one you “caretake”.

I did not think it applied to me, but then again, Pam said, that caretaking drains your energy, and increases your negativity.

So I started to pay attention to my energy level (and how much work I got done in a day), and my negativity level (in my case bitterness, or the lack of ambition, enthusiasm, sleeping well).

A few weeks ago I started to notice that I am quite forceful in wanting to give (to everyone, especially people that I diagnosed as they could use my help.) It wasn’t without pleasure, especially when they didn’t say no.

One day I found out that one of those people actually didn’t want and didn’t need my help, in fact he was way ahead of me in a class we are taking together, because he seems to have more energy, and he seems to ask for help when he needs it. He didn’t ask for help from me. I felt crushed, but I started to pay attention. I suspected a pattern here…

The next door neighbor, when he went to rehab about 15 months ago, asked me to take care of his cat. I have been taking extreme hardship to take care of the cat, and I am noticing that the cat is neither grateful, nor is the experience a rewarding one.

When I look back at my life, it seems that I have “shacked up” with people who “needed my help” only to end up unappreciated, and often dumped.

The only common denominator is me. Hm. Interesting.

So it seems that the pattern is that I “help” unsolicited, I am unappreciated, and I am crushed.

When I looked what is underneath that, I saw that there is an underlying conviction that I am not wanted for myself, that I need to earn my keep, that I am on borrowed time, and that I am buying a sense of belonging.

Now, since the “shift” all of these “truths” have become less controlling of my life, but they are obviously there, given these new acts of caretaking/victimhood.

The homework has been to identify a negative emotion and replace it with a positive… I think the negative emotion is something like I am ALONE, and the positive could be, I am FREE. A free agent… wow, what an insight. I have created ties, chains and bonds to create a sense of belonging, but it did not work that way.

Just the thought of being a free agent brings a lightness to my heart, a fluttering, a joy, tears into my eyes. I have never been a free agent! (This is how you know that free agent is not an “IS” but is an attitude, a state of mind, a “BEING”. In Landmark we used to create beings all the time, it never occurred for me to create free agent as a being.

I have always had the dream of influencing a lot of people without having to convince them, persuade them, sell them, individually, one-on-one, piecework. (I say the word “piecework” and I cringe. I don’t want to do anything that’s piecework… I even cook for 10 people at a time, eat one portion, and freeze the 9 for later.)

I published my magazine to realize that dream. I wrote an editorial, and the next day 90 thousand people read it.

I have been training to be a trainer, to realize that dream. You stand in front of 5-10-100-1000 people, or if you are Billy Graham, in front of 50,000 people and speak. A certain percentage of them will hear you. But that’s a far cry from the 6 billion people that live on this planet.

If 85 percent of the US population has a consciousness level of 150, yet the average consciousness level is 207, that means that us, people who want to effect the level of consciousness on the planet, will have to start to speak to the masses, and be heard, and be effective to raise consciousness, because the 207 number means, that the ones that have a higher level of consciousness have little more to go… and the wars, and fights, and the destruction of the planet comes from the 85 percent, undisturbed by the 15.

I have come to the realization that if I really really really want to reach a lot of people, I want to have leverage. Leverage means that you put one effort in, and you get more than one result out.

In Internet Marketing, leverage works through having an affiliate program, where hoards of affiliates market YOUR product for a percentage of the price: a good deal for both the affiliate and the author of the product.

In my chosen vocation, Influencer (is there such a vocation?) I am planning on becoming a trainer’s trainer, and among the many trainers I may train, there will be some that have the same purpose I have, and by making them more effective in the major areas of training, they are working FOR me and the Light, in a way, delivering an influencing message, and make the world a better place for everyone.

What do I say the major areas of training are?

Nice of you to ask…

I think that being able to market effectively, sell well, gain credibility fast, fill rooms, create trainings that don’t need you to be there, or even be involved, yet it is your message that gets delivered, create joint ventures effectively, create a viral marketing epidemic about your product and message.

Of course everyone teaches what they need to learn most, so I learn something new every day… Like David Wood explaining that if you want to take them with you you need to meet them where they are and then walk with them and then take them with you, wherever you want them to go.

That, I coined it “alignment” has intrigued me forever. Because what does it take to meet them where they are: it means that you have to get out of your agenda, look and see where they are at, go there, be there, without resistance, without making it wrong, without condoning it, just be there, like where else should you be. This means energy level, this means point of view, this means emotion… whatever “there” means in that moment. Once you are there, with them, you can walk with them, and then walk with them where you want to go… emotionally, energetically, intellectually, physically… and there you go! 6 billion people walk with you.

So, to kick off this whole new trainer’s trainer business, I am putting together a 14 week course, on the phone, online, in writing. What do you think the topics should be? would you share your ideas in a comment, please? Thank you.

I have a challenge: I need to/want to move my business in a different direction. I want to start something new, in the area of Internet Marketing, but I am having technical difficulties.

I have been procrastinating. Familiar? Me too.

I called a Success Codes coach, Teri Rose, http://www.peaceofsuccess.com to get some personal attention. In the 49th minute of hour hour-long coaching session she shared how she went about getting the perfect webmaster for herself, after having worked with webmasters that had no patience for her.

Here is the insight: I have always thought that I have to try to change so that people can work with me. What I have learned from Teri: I can ask the Light/Universe to get me together with someone who wants to work with me where I am, how I am, and as long as I am clear what exactly I want from a webmaster/personal assistant/etc. I can get that.

This is an enormous breakthrough for me! I am so excited! Maybe I won’t have to try to do everything myself from now on. The operative word is “trying”, because it is impossible to get done everything I need to get done, by myself… so that is why I have been so busy, and haven’t advanced as I should have.

I am doing the success codes with the q-codes now on getting clear, on believing that I can, and on having peace of mind and peace of heart. I believe that I will have that by Monday.
